By placing an order with BIBI`S you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
Orders are sent directly to BIBI`S. An order is confirmed once BIBI`S accepts it. BIBI`S is responsible for preparing and fulfilling your order.
Prices, items and availability are set by BIBI`S and may change without notice. Taxes and any additional charges are shown before you confirm.
Payments are processed through the methods offered at checkout, such as Mercado Pago or cash on delivery. Online payments are handled by the payment provider, not by BIBI`S directly.
Fulfillment options, times and any delivery areas are defined by BIBI`S. Estimated times are approximate.
Cancellations and refunds are handled by BIBI`S according to its own policy. Please contact BIBI`S about any issue with your order.
BIBI`S uses Restoman as its ordering and payment technology. Restoman provides the software but is not the seller of the food nor responsible for order fulfillment.
To the extent permitted by law, BIBI`S is responsible for the products it sells. Restoman is not liable for the quality, safety or fulfillment of orders.
BIBI`S may update these terms from time to time. The version shown at the time of your order applies.
