By placing an order with Mercado Uriarte you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
Orders are sent directly to Mercado Uriarte. An order is confirmed once Mercado Uriarte accepts it. Mercado Uriarte is responsible for preparing and fulfilling your order.
Prices, items and availability are set by Mercado Uriarte and may change without notice. Taxes and any additional charges are shown before you confirm.
Payments are processed through the methods offered at checkout, such as Mercado Pago or cash on delivery. Online payments are handled by the payment provider, not by Mercado Uriarte directly.
Fulfillment options, times and any delivery areas are defined by Mercado Uriarte. Estimated times are approximate.
Cancellations and refunds are handled by Mercado Uriarte according to its own policy. Please contact Mercado Uriarte about any issue with your order.
Mercado Uriarte uses Restoman as its ordering and payment technology. Restoman provides the software but is not the seller of the food nor responsible for order fulfillment.
To the extent permitted by law, Mercado Uriarte is responsible for the products it sells. Restoman is not liable for the quality, safety or fulfillment of orders.
